The Audit File Size in MB field in the Accounting Localization Settings (FF) custom setting defines the size of the localization audit file in MB. The default value is 11.5 MB. If you enter a greater value, the default of 11.5 still applies.
The Audit File Batch Chunk Size defines the number of transaction line items processed by the Audit File Batch process in a single chunk.
