Here is a description of the fields on the Pricing Structure and Quantity Break objects.
Key: * – Mandatory field; R – Read-only in all contexts
The number indicates the number of characters that are allowed in this text field, where appropriate.

Description | Description of the pricing structure. | |
Maximum Unit Price | R | Maximum Unit Price of the quantity breaks associated with this pricing structure. This value is shown on price book entries that are related to the pricing structure and on the Unit Price of contract line items that have had this pricing structure applied to them. |
Minimum Unit Price | R | Minimum Unit Price of the quantity breaks associated with this pricing structure. This value is shown on price book entries that are related to the pricing structure and on the Unit Price of contract line items that have had this pricing structure applied to them. |
Pricing Structure Name | R | Number of the pricing structure. This appears on the contract line items to which it is applied. |
Pricing Type | * |
The type of pricing to be used in billing. For tiered pricing, the price for each quantity break is applied only to units that exceed its quantity. For volume pricing, the price is applied to all units. |
Usage Billing Type |
Determines the way in which usage is billed for a contract line item. You can choose from:

Unit Price | * | Price of one item when the Quantity or Usage of a contract line item falls into this quantity break. | |
Quantity | * | Lowest quantity at which this quantity break is applied. The Unit Price is applied for Quantities above this amount up to the next quantity break if there is one. The pricing structure must contain a quantity break with a quantity of zero. | |
Quantity Break ID | R | An identifier to prevent quantity breaks from being duplicated. |
