Salesforce Object Permissions Required for Permission Checks

Users assigned the permission sets listed in the tables below will need Read access to the Salesforce standard objects shown. For each permission set, the table lists any fields that require field-level security access, and any additional access or permissions required.

PSA Configuration: Permission sets requiring additional permissions

Skills Management: Permission sets requiring additional permissions

Additionally, you must give users Edit permission for the Resource and Skill/Certification fields on the Skill/Certification Rating object.

Time Entry: Permission sets requiring additional permissions

You can use time entry permission sets with PSA Experience Cloud sites (PSA Communities) users, provided those users are configured to use the Time Entry UI.
