Price List Fields

Here is a description of the fields on the Price List object.

Field   Description
Item Number   Name of the item master or item to which the price list refers.
Description   Description of the item.
Manufacturer's Item Number   OEMClosed Original Equipment Manufacturer part number to be quoted and sold to the customer.
Image   A URL of an image of the item.
Quote Valid For   The number of whole days an automatically generated quote is valid for.
Expires on Date   Date on which the price list expires.
Exists in Item Master   Indicates whether Item Number must have a corresponding item masterClosed The record of a product or a service which is to be sold and/or stocked in a warehouse. An item master might also be referred to as a Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)..
Model   Specific model to which the price list relates.
Cost   Base cost of the item.

Price

An item can have both a non recurring price and a recurring price. Here is a description of the fields on a price.

Field   Description
Condition   The condition code that the price is valid for. If you do not enter a code, the price is applied to requirements that have no condition code.
Currency   The currency of this price list entry.
Customer Account   Customer account to which the price is to apply.
Maximum List Price   Maximum list price for the item.
Minimum List Price   If the calculated list amount is less than this amount then this amount is the list price.
NRC   Non recurring price. Enter a value if the item has a one-off fee that is to be charged on a service contract.
Price   Asking price based on the options selected. This field is not used in FinancialForce Service Contracts.
Price by Percent   Indicates whether pricing is based on a percentage of a base total. The type of total is determined by the RC Percentage Base field.
Price List   Price list to which the price relates.
Price Sub-Type   A category to use to restrict prices for particular types of customer. If this field contains a value, prices are restricted for the type of customer during pricing. The price types listed depend on the Price Types that your administrator has set up on the Codes tab.
Pricing Type   The type of pricing to which the price belongs.
Promotion   Name of a specific promotion to which the price applies.
RC   Recurring price. Enter a value when the item has a fee that is to be charged for each term of a service contract.
RC Percentage Base   The base type for percentage based pricing. Select Gross Annual Contract Value to calculate percentage based pricing using the total quote or sales order or service contract based on list price of appropriate lines.
RC Price Percentage   Percentage to be used to calculate the RC Price if percentage based pricing is selected. RC Percentage Base determines the base from which to calculate list price.
Unit of Measure   The unit of measure on which to base the price.
Valid Until Date   The date that the price is valid until. If you do not enter a value, the price does not expire.
Valid Until Quantity   The maximum quantity that the price is valid for. If you do not enter a value, the price is applied for an unlimited quantity of the item.
