Before you can enable the PSA Analytics Embedded Dashboards app in Feature Console you must perform the following steps:
- Create your primary PSA Analytics app in Analytics Studio.
- Enable the custom setting for the PSA Analytics Embedded Dashboards app.
Enabling the Custom Setting
- From Setup go to Custom Code | Custom Settings.
- Next to PSA Analytics Settings click Manage.
- Above the table click New.
- In the Einstein Analytics App Name field add the System Name of your PSA Analytics app. To find the System Name of the app, navigate to it in Analytics Studio and then select Details.
- Click Save.
Configuring the PSA Analytics Embedded Dashboards App with Feature Console
To enable this feature:
- Click the Feature Console tab.
- Click the PSA Analytics Embedded Dashboards feature.
- Work through the steps in the order shown.
- For each automatic step, click Perform. When the step has completed, the Status indicator changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- For each manual step, follow the instructions displayed and then click Mark As Done when the step is complete.
- When you have completed all the steps, use the Status slider in the Feature section to enable the feature.
We strongly recommend you schedule these dataflows to refresh data immediately after your primary PSA Analytics dataflow refreshes. This is because the data held in your PSA Analytics Embedded Dashboards app is derived from your primary PSA Analytics app. For more information on how to create and schedule dataflows, see the Salesforce Help.
