The Billing Forecast Summaries dataset in PSA Analytics includes fields from the Forecast Summary Category and the Forecast Summary objects in PSA as well as other related records. The fields are:

| Dates | Forecast Calculation Created Date | The date of creation for the calculation. This field is used in order to display the latest calculation created. |
| Time Period Start Date | The start date of the time period related to the calculation. | |
| Time Period End Date | The end date of the time period related to the calculation. | |
| Dimensions | Time Period ID | The identification number of the time period related to the calculation. |
| Time Period Name | The name of the time period related to the calculation. | |
| Time Period Type | By default the values of this field are: Week, Month, Quarter, and Year. | |
| Forecast Summary Type | Identifies the type of summary for the forecast record. It can be Region, Practice, or Group. | |
| Region/Practice/Group ID | Depending on the calculation this value can be the identification number of the region, practice, or group related to it. | |
| Region/Practice/Group Name | Depending on the calculation this value can be the name of the region, practice, or group related to it. | |
| Region/Practice/Group Hierarchy Depth | Depending on the calculation this value can be the RPG hierarchy level of the region, practice, or group related to it. | |
| Region ID | The identification number of the region related to the calculation. | |
| Practice ID | The identification number of the practice related to the calculation. | |
| Group ID | The identification number of the group related to the calculation. | |
| Forecast Calculation ID | The identification number of the forecast calculation. | |
| Forecast Calculation Name | The name of the forecast calculation. | |
| Forecast Category | This is the label field for the forecast. By default, the labels available are expected, best case, and worst case. For more information, see Forecast Setup Category Fields in the PSA Help. | |
| Forecast Category Order | This is the category order field for the forecast calculation. | |
| Override Notes | This is the override notes field for the calculation. | |
| Override Creator User ID | The identification number of the user who created the calculation. | |
| Override Creator Username | The name of the user who created the calculation. | |
| Forecast Calculation RPG ID | The RPG identification number of the forecast calculation. | |
| Forecast Calculation Committed | This indicates whether a forecast calculation is committed or not. | |
| Forecast Calculation Current | This indicates whether a forecast calculation is current or not. | |
| Region/Practice/Group Level XX | The RPG level of the region related to the contact, where XX is a number between 01 and 12. |
