Financial Report Builder (FRB) Users Upgrading to Winter 2022

If you are upgrading from Fall 2021 to Winter 2022, to use the new Localization report, Trial Balance Extract for XBRL for Denmark, you must complete the following:

• Adding New Reports
• Adding New Filter Configurations
• Adding New Table Configurations

Note: If you are upgrading from Spring 2021 directly to Winter 2022, you must first complete the upgrade steps from Spring 2021 to Fall 2021. For more information, see "Upgrading Localization Features in Financial Report Builder Fall 2021" in the Financial Report Builder Help.

Adding New Reports

1. Go to Setup | Object Manager | Financial Report | Fields & Relationships | Report Type.
2. In the Values section, click View Financial Report Type Value Set.
3. In the Values section, click New.
4. Copy and paste the name of the report you need into the text field:

5. Click Save.

Adding New Filter Configurations

1. Go to Setup | Object Manager | Financial Report | Fields & Relationships | Report Type.
2. In the Field Dependencies section, next to Number of Filter Configurations, click Edit.
3. In the table, under the column header Trial Balance Extract for XBRL, click 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
4. Click Include Values.
5. Click Save.

Adding New Table Configurations

1. Go to Setup | Object Manager | Financial Report | Fields & Relationships | Report Type.
2. In the Field Dependencies section, next to Number of Table Configurations, click Edit.
3. In the table, under the column header Trial Balance Extract for XBRL, click 1.
4. Click Include Values.
5. Click Save.
