The Project Team Schedule component is available on the Project Lightning record page. You can view records on projects that you have permission to see.
The Project Team Schedule displays the following:
- A single row for each resource assigned to the current project, showing all their held resource requests and assignments.
- A single row showing all unheld resource requests for the current project. Unheld resource requests are not shown for any other projects that resources on the current project are also working on.
- All assignments and resource requests assigned to resources on other projects that overlap with the current project's start and end dates.
You can view the Project Team Schedule in days, weeks, months, quarters, and years. The default view in the Project Team Schedule is Weeks. In Day view, the project’s assigned work calendar is used to display any non-working time in the color gray. When a work calendar is not assigned to the project, no days are gray.
