Overview of the PSA Slack Integration

As a project manager, you can create Slack channels and invite resources who are assigned to your projects. This enables you to receive actionable approval notifications in the FinancialForce app in Slack for the following PSA project records:

• Timecards
• Expense reports

Resources that you invite to a project's Slack channel must:

• Be authenticated to the FinancialForce app in Slack.
• Have assignments on the associated project.

Note: You can still invite and remove users for any channel using Slack's functions.
