Viewing Task Details

Tip:

To select more than one task, hold down the CTRL or Command key while clicking a task in the Tasks pane or the Schedule pane.

To view task detail records in Salesforce:

  1. Select the tasks that you want to view in the Tasks pane or Schedule pane.
  2. Click View Details.
Note: Notes
This opens the selected tasks in new browser windows or tabs.
If you use this method to open a task detail record when there are unsaved changes for that task in Project Task Gantt, those changes are not shown in the window that opens.
