Printing a Report

To print a single report in portable document format (PDF):

  1. Check that your accounting balances are fully up to date. For example, if a data range in your report uses the FinancialForce Accounting Reporting Balances object, check that the Reporting Balance Update process has recently completed.
  2. Click the Reporting tab.
  3. Find the reporting definitionClosed The top-level object from which reports are run. for the report that you want to print.
  4. Click Run Report. You might be asked to provide additional run-time criteria, such as region, cost center, accounting period or date, before the report can be generated.
  5. Once all the fields are complete, click Print. A new browser window opens with the report displayed in PDF format, with or without a Chatter feed, depending on how your organization is configured.
  6. Hover your mouse cursor near the bottom of the visible page to display the PDF toolbar.
  7. Click Print.
