Delete Draft Forecast Records for Users by Year

Revenue Management administrators can delete draft forecast records so that old data does not accumulate.

1. Click the Revenue Management Actions tab. Using Lightning ExperienceOpen the Revenue Management Task Launcher tab.
2. Click Delete Draft Forecasts.
3. On the Delete Draft Forecast Records page, select the users for which you want to delete draft records.
4. Select the years for which you want to delete draft records.
5. Click Run Process. Using Lightning ExperienceClick Delete.

This process may take some time.
