Configuring the PSA Slack Integration

The Slack integration enables you to streamline your approval processes in FinancialForce PSA.

The integration allows project managers to:

• Receive actionable approval notifications for single timecards in Slack.
• Receive actionable approval notifications for expenses in Slack.
• Create Slack channels for projects and manage channel members in your FinancialForce app.

As an administrator, you can enable approval notifications to be sent from PSA project workflows to Slack. To do this, you need to:

1. Set up your org to integrate with Slack. For more information, see Setting up Your Slack Integration in the Foundations Help.
2. Configure your approval processes to include Slack notifications. For more information, see Configuring Approval Processes for Slack Notifications.
