Preparing to Upgrade

This section lists things to consider before upgrading to Revenue Management Summer 2022.

Dependencies on Other FinancialForce Packages

Revenue Management Summer 2022 requires the following FinancialForce package to be installed:

• FinancialForce Foundations Summer 2022.

You must install this package before installing or upgrading to Revenue Management Summer 2022.

Accessing the Help

To access the FinancialForce Help, https://www.financialforce.com must be registered as a trusted remote site.

Note:

The URL must use the HTTPS protocol.

To check this on your org, from Setup, enter Remote in the Quick Find box and click Remote Site Settings. If there is no remote site listed with the URL https://www.financialforce.com, you must add one.

Supported Browsers

FinancialForce Revenue Management supports the same browsers as those supported by Salesforce but note the following exception relating to Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11:

• If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 to run Revenue Management with Salesforce Classic, note that the Recognize All feature will not run. Please use another browser to run this process.

Note:

Make sure that pop-ups are enabled in your browser settings.
