New Features and Enhancements in Asperato Integration Winter 2023

The following new features have been introduced in the Winter 2023 release of Asperato Integration.

Outbound Vendor Payments

In this release, we have added the following new features and enhancements related to the outbound vendor payments feature.

Enhancements to Vendor Payment Authorization Creation

We have made the following enhancements to the vendor payment authorization process:

Improved Authorization Creation Process

We have added new drop-down lists to the Create Authorizations window to help you specify additional criteria when creating vendor payment authorization records. You can now use the following new drop-down lists in addition to the existing Vendor Authorization Currency drop-down list:

Local Clearing System
Payment Destination

This allows you to create only the vendor payment authorization records that reflect each vendors' specific requirements, reducing the number of records created per vendor.

Increased Supported Authorization Record Creation Volumes

As part of the improvements to the process, we have increased the volumes of authorization records that you can create using the Create Authorizations task in the Asperato Task Launcher. You can now create up to one million authorization records at one time.
