Preparing to Upgrade

This section lists things to consider before upgrading .

Dependencies on Other FinancialForce Packages

You must install the following packages before upgrading:

You must install the FinancialForce Foundations Winter 2023 Service Pack 1 before you can upgrade the Business Analytics package to Winter 2023.

In addition, the following packages are required before you can upgrade an Analytics app based on a Business Analytics template.

Engagement Analytics

To access the FinancialForce Help, https://www.financialforce.com must be registered as a trusted remote site.

Note:

The URL must use the HTTPS protocol.

To check this on your org, from Setup, enter Remote in the Quick Find box and click Remote Site Settings. If there is no remote site listed with the URL https://www.financialforce.com, you must add one.
