Creating an Objective

To create a new objective:

  1. Click Create Objective on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
  2. Select Create New Objective.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter a name for the new objective.
  5. [Optional] Enter an objective owner, success plan, status, start date, end date, category, priority, and objective type for the objective.
  6. [Optional] Select the Template checkbox to mark this objective as a template.
  7. [Optional] Enter a summary of your objective. To attach an image click .
  8. [Optional] Enter the success criteria for your objective. To attach an image click .
  9. Click Save.
    Note:

    When creating an objective from a Success Plan record page, the Success Plan field is auto-populated with the success plan you are currently on.
