Creating an Objective
To create a new objective:
- Click Create Objective on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create New Objective.
- Click Next.
- Enter a name for the new objective.
- [Optional] Enter an objective owner, success plan, status, start date, end date, category, priority, and objective type for the objective.
- [Optional] Select the Template checkbox to mark this objective as a template.
- [Optional] Enter a summary of your objective. To attach an image click .
- [Optional] Enter the success criteria for your objective. To attach an image click .
- Click Save.
