FinancialForce Foundations uses the Salesforce Product object to record the details of the products associated with FinancialForce documents. You can specify a product when creating a billing document line item. Foundations also adds several fields to the Product object. Foundations includes a Product Extension object that contains additional fields that relate to the Salesforce Product object, such as External Tax Code. You can specify one product extension record for each product. For more information, see the related topics.
