Enabling the Engagement Feature

The Engagement feature enables you to configure FinancialForce applications for the engagement functionality and customize the Engagement object for the applications that you use.

You can only perform step 1 if your org is configured to support multiple currencies. You can only perform the remaining steps for the applications that are installed in your org. For example, if you use Billing Central, click Launch next to step 3. Otherwise, click Skip.

After clicking Launch, additional actions display. Perform them in the order shown in the dialog.
