New Features and Enhancements in Lockbox Spring 2022

The following new features have been introduced in the Spring 2022 release of Lockbox.

Cash Entries

After importing cash receipts, on the AR Cash Transaction page, in the Cash Entry Information area, it is now possible to see the how many cash entries were created and verify that the total is correct. For information on the fields, see Cash Entry Information.

New Fields

On the Bank Lockbox Object, the new field: Account Resolution Field, enables you to resolve duplicate customer account names. For more information, see Bank Lockbox Fields.

On the Bank Lockbox Object, the new fields: Document Resolution Field (CRN) and Document Resolution Field (SIN), enable you to specify an alternative field when cash matching. For more information, see Bank Lockbox Fields.

AR Cash Transaction Line Item Custom Fields

You can now add custom fields to the AR Cash Transaction Line Item object and use them to map non-standard columns in a CSV file to Cash Entry Line Fields. For more information, see Setting up your Bank Lockbox and the Lockbox Import Definition.
