Upgrading to OneTouch Spring 2020

This page describes the changes to make when upgrading to Spring 2020.

See the Upgrade Steps section under each feature for details of any action required. If you don't want to use or upgrade an optional feature, you can skip the upgrade steps for that feature. To perform upgrade steps in your org, you must be assigned administrator permissions.

See the Included in This Feature section under each feature for details of items such as objects, fields, or buttons that have been added in this release.

Note:

Where new objects, fields, or buttons have been added for a feature, we recommend that you add them to any relevant page layouts, profiles, and permission sets. For information on how to do this, see the Salesforce Help.

If you are upgrading from a previous version and you want to use the Cash Matching and Transaction Inquiry reports in Lightning, you must manually unlock the report parameters.

Note:

This only applies if you want to use Lightning.

To unlock report parameters:

1. Run the report that you want to unlock. The report results page displays.
2. Click Edit. The Report Builder Page displays.
3. Click the Filters tab. Locked filter parameters display the padlock icon () next to their name.
4. Click the parameter name. The Edit Filter dialog displays.
5. Clear the Locked checkbox.
6. Click Apply.
7. Repeat for all locked filters.
8. Click Save.
