Services Billing Workspace

The Services Billing workspace is the default landing page for the Services Billing app and acts as a starting point for any role that is involved in services billing. Depending on your access, you can check the status, manage billing events, and review information about billable records, such as overdue milestones, unapproved timecards, and so on.

For more information, see Services Billing Workspace.

Projects Awaiting Billing

Use the Projects Awaiting Billing tab to review projects that contain one or more business records that are eligible for billing. You can also see other relevant information for the projects displayed.

Billing Events Awaiting Release

Use it to review billing events that have been generated, but not yet released to your finance system for invoicing. You can release, revert, and recalculate multiple billing events on this page.

Billing Events Awaiting Invoicing

Use the Billing Events Awaiting Invoicing tab to review billing events that have been released, but not yet marked as invoiced. You can select and mark multiple billing events as invoiced at the same time. You can also revert billing for one or more billing events.

Invoiced Billing Events

Use the Invoiced Billing Events tab to review billing events that are marked as invoiced in PSA. You can also revert billing for one or more billing events.

Chatter

Chatter is a private social network within your Salesforce/FinancialForce environment. If you are new to Chatter or would like to find out more about its features, read the Salesforce Chatter Overview first.

FinancialForce PSA is Chatter enabled. This means you can access Chatter's feeds and file-sharing features from within the application.

Note: You must have the existing workspace permission sets to access these apps from the App Launcher. Most of the tabs are list views, but some tabs are redirected to pages. To access the pages and their contents you must be provided with the relevant functional area permission sets. For more information, contact your administrator.
