Working with the Edit Assignments Panel
Use the edit assignments panel to view and change schedules for assignments and held resource requests A resource request with a status of “held” and a schedule. The Resource field is populated.. If a resource does not have a specified work calendar while editing assignments, Resource and Project Planners creates a temporary work calendar using a 40-hour work week starting on Sunday. The Edit Assignments panel automatically closes once you save changes.
To open the edit assignments panel:
- Double click the name of a resource A contact that works on a project. or project A collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets..
- After expanding a resource or project by clicking , click an assignment or held resource request.
- After showing the panel once, you can show and hide it by clicking the arrow icons on the bottom bar.
