Preparing To Upgrade

This section explains how to install FinancialForce PSA Direct for Concur Expense in Winter 2023.

Note: The PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector is a licensed managed package. Contact your Account Executive or CSM to purchase a license.

Prerequisites

You need the appropriate licenses and access to the following:

• SAP Concur Standard Edition or SAP Concur Professional Edition
• SAP Concur Web Services
• FinancialForce Foundations Spring 2022
• Salesforce org with FinancialForce PSA Spring 2022 or newer installed and configured.
• FinancialForce PS Enterprise Spring 2022
• FinancialForce PSA Direct for Concur Expense Winter 2023 package.

Some of these packages are themselves dependent on other packages and might have specific upgrade steps that you must perform. For more information, see the following:
