PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status

The PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status tab allows you to control message queue events from PSA Direct for Jira to Atlassian Jira and vice-versa.

If you have a large organization that processes lots of message queue events, use the PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status tab to view and manage the detailed message information.

Note:

To use the PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status tab, you must be assigned the PSA Direct for Jira - Configure Jira permission set.

You can use the PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status tab to:

  • Monitor the status of queue messages
  • Rerun single or multiple pending queue messages
  • Pause the integration flow in case of any failure
  • Skip rerunning a single or multiple messages
Notes:
  • Before you enable the Pause PSA Direct for Jira feature, ensure that the PSA Direct for Jira integration is in an active status.
  • You can only pause the message flow when PSA Direct for Jira integration is active. If your PSA Direct for Jira integration is inactive, activate it from the PSA Direct for Jira Settings tab. For more information, see Configuring the PSA Direct for Jira Settings.

Rerunning the Queue Message

To rerun one or multiple queue messages:

  1. From the App Launcher, open the PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status tab.
  2. To rerun a single queue message, click | Rerun next to the message that you want to rerun.
  3. To rerun multiple queue messages, select the checkbox at beginning of the line and click Rerun.

Click | Skip to skip rerunning a single message processing or click the Skip button to skip rerunning multiple messages.

Note: You can only skip pending messages.

Defining and Applying Filters in PSA Direct for Jira Queue Status

To define a filter:

  1. Click to open the Filters panel.
  2. Click a status heading to open it, and then select the status of the filter to refine it. Each time that you define a filter, a tag for it is added at the top of the panel.
  3. Repeat step 2 for each filter that you need.
  4. Click Apply Filters. The filtered tasks are displayed in the queue status table.

Editing Filters

To edit filters:

  1. Open a filter.
  2. Edit its attributes.
  3. Click Apply Filters.

Resetting Filters

To reset all filters at once, click Reset All at the bottom of the panel.

In the list of filters at the top of the panel, click on a filter tag to reset individual filters.

Note: After clicking Reset All, you must click Apply Filters to reset the active filters number on the button to zero.
