Use these custom setting fields to configure the PSA Direct for Jira.

We recommend that you use the PSA Direct for Jira Settings tab to configure the PSA Direct for Jira application rather than you manually configure fields from Setup | Custom Settings.

Description
Email  

Email address that error notifications are sent to.

Notes:
  • If an error occurs while syncing work logs to timecards or task time records, the error notification is sent to the PSA resource linked to the Jira user who logged the time. Similarly, if an error occurs while syncing issues to project tasks, the error notification is sent to the PSA resource linked to the Jira user who created, updated, or deleted the issue. The email is only used if the Email field on the PSA resource is blank.
  • If an error occurs when using any of the following features, the error notification is sent to the PSA user who created or updated the record.
    • Sync Projects from PSA to Issues in Jira
    • Sync Projects from PSA to Projects in Jira
    • Sync Project Tasks from PSA to Issues in Jira
    • Sync Resources from PSA to Users in Jira
Jira Issue Status Category D

This field is obsolete.

Jira Issue Type  

Type of Jira issue PSA projects are synced to. The default value is Epic.

Notes:
  • The issue type must exist in your Jira application.
  • This value is case-sensitive.
Map PSA Projects to Jira Issues   Indicates whether PSA projects are mapped to Jira issues or Jira projects.
Minimum Hours for Failed Events   Indicates the minimum hours to keep failed Integration Core Queue Events before the next scheduled removal job deletes them. The value is in the range of 1 to 9999.
Minimum Hours for Successful Events   Indicates the minimum hours to keep successful Integration Core Queue Events before the next scheduled removal job deletes them. The value is in the range of 1 to 9999.
Project Task Jira Issue Types   When the Sync Jira Issues to PSA Project Tasks is enabled, it determines the type of Jira issues which is sync to PSA project tasks. This value is case-sensitive and the issue types must exist in your Jira application.
PSA Field Value to Update Projects D

This field is obsolete.

Sync Jira Issues to PSA Project Tasks   Indicates that eligible Jira issues are synced to PSA project tasks.
Sync PSA Project Tasks to Jira Issues   Indicates that eligible PSA project tasks are synced to Jira issues. By default, it is disabled.
Disable Sync PSA Projects to Jira  

Indicates whether PSA projects are synced to Jira. When checked, PSA Projects will not be synced to Jira. By default, it is disabled, so PSA Projects will be synced to Jira.

Timecard Status   Status in which timecards are created by the PSA Direct for Jira integration.
Update Projects Based on Issue Status  

Indicates that eligible PSA projects are updated based on Jira issue status.

This is automatically selected when you enable the Update PSA Project based on Jira Issue field is enabled on the PSA Direct for Jira Settings tab.

Use Parent Link   Indicates whether you can use a Parent Link custom field provided by Jira to build a hierarchy from any issue type to issue type. By default, the Use Parent Link is disabled.
PSA Direct for Jira Active?   Indicates whether the PSA Direct for Jira integration is active. By default, it is disabled.
PSA Direct for Jira Paused?   Indicates whether the PSA Direct for Jira integration is in paused status. When checked, the integration is paused and will not be processed. By default, it is disabled.
