Updating Discount and Pricing on Customer Quote and Lines Process Runs

Process run records are created while updating discount and pricing on customer quotations.

Updating Discount Process Runs

A process run record is created when you update the Total Quote Price or Bottom Line Discount on the Customer Quotation by clicking Save on the Manage Quote Pricing window.

You can access the process run record from the Process Runs tab.

You can also access the process run record from the email notification received after the process finishes, in the case when lines in the grid are more than the threshold value. The Process Run contains the Process Logs for Customer Quotations on which the discount is updated. Click the process log to view the details.

Managing Pricing Process Runs

A process run record is created when you select any options on the Manage Pricing menu to apply to the lines in the Quotation Lines Grid.

You can access the process run record from the Process Runs tab.

You can also access the process run record from the email notification received after the process finishes, in the case when lines in the grid are more than the threshold value. The Process Run contains the Process Logs for Customer Quotations on which the pricing is updated. Click the process log to view the details.

Note:

A process run record is created only when the process executes asynchronously in the background.
