In FinancialForce Supply Chain Management you can use the Supplier Site object to record the details of your suppliers and their potential relationship with their parent organizations. The supplier details you can record include general, address, trade, and classification information.
Temporary Hold
You can place a supplier site on temporary hold to prevent further purchase orders from being created using that specific supplier site. To place a supplier site on temporary hold you must specify a temporary hold value, this might include options such as finance or quality; you can also indicate a reason for the temporary hold. Once you place a supplier site on temporary hold it won't be available for selection when creating a new purchase order from the Purchase Orders tab.
