Creating Miscellaneous Adjustments from Expense Lines on a Payable Invoice
You can use the Payable Invoice Lightning record page to create miscellaneous adjustments from expense line items that are related to a payable invoice.
To create miscellaneous adjustments from payable invoice expense line items:
- Click the Payable Invoices tab.
- Open the payable invoice which contains the expense lines items that you want to create miscellaneous adjustments from.
- Click the Expense Lines tab, if it is not already open.
- [Optional] Make changes to the expense lines and click Save. Unsaved changes are not reflected on the miscellaneous adjustments.
- Select the payable invoice expense line items that you want to create miscellaneous adjustments from.
- Click Create Miscellaneous Adjustments.
- Click Create Miscellaneous Adjustments. The process starts in the background.
- [Optional] Click View process run to open the related process run record. The process run contains the number of successfully processed records, the number of errors, and log entries for each record that was processed.
You are notified by email once the process finishes. The email contains a summary of the process run and a direct link to the process run record. The email is also sent to any additional email addresses defined by your administrator. For more information, see Additional Notification Recipients.
