About FinancialForce XL Plus

FinancialForce XL Plus brings the power of FinancialForce to the convenient environment of Microsoft Excel®. XL Plus is supported on Microsoft Office 365 if you are using the Office 16 desktop version.

With this Microsoft Excel add-in, you can generate reports from XL Plus applications such as:

  • Accounting
  • Human Capital Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Professional Services Automation

You can also generate reports from Salesforce objects, for example:

  • Opportunities
  • Products

FinancialForce XL Plus enables you to filter or sum data. The display options let you add headers, control the number of decimal places shown, and transpose rows and columns. You can also convert your report data to a pivot table, and use the powerful Microsoft Excel pivot table functionality to analyze the information.

Notes:
  • You do not need a XL Plus API license to use FinancialForce XL Plus. However, the API Enabled field must be set on all user profiles that need to work with FinancialForce XL Plus.
  • XL Plus only works on Microsoft Windows®. The application is not compatible with macOS®.

  • XL Plus does not function correctly on a touchscreen device if you use mouse functionality. To use XL Plus on your touchscreen device, ensure that you are using touchscreen functionality.
