Process Run Fields

The following fields are available on the Process Run record.

Key * – Mandatory field R – Read-only

Field		Description
Process Run Name	R	A system-generated identifier for the process run.
Parent Process Run		A lookup to the parent process run. This field is blank if the process run is a parent, or is not a child.
Description		Description of the process that was run. This field is not dynamically translated and will always be stored in the language of the user that started the process run.
Start Time	R	The date and time that the process run started.
Finish Time	R	The date and time that the process run finished.
Started By		The user that started the process run.

Process Run Details

The following additional fields are available on the Process Run Details page.

Process Run Details

Field		Description
Progress Bar		This is only available if you are using Detailed Monitoring and Lightning. The progress bar shows the progress of the process and, when the process is complete, a count of the number of records processed. This is not updated if you delete process logs or child process runs
Total Number of Errors		A count of the total number of records that processed with errors.
Total Number of Pending		A count of the total number of records that are pending processing.
Total Number of Successes		A count of the total number of records processed successfully.
Using Detailed Monitoring		Indicates whether detailed monitoring was used for this process run.

Process Run Detail Button

Button	Description
Delete Run	Deletes the Process Run and all associated Process Log and Process User Group records. This button is only available if you are using Lightning.

Note:
If you view a parent process run, child process run and child process log information is displayed. These display the same type of information as process runs and process logs.

Process User Groups

Process User Groups are only created by the Background Posting Scheduler.

Field	Description
Process User Group Name	A lookup to the process user group.
User	Lookup to the name of the user that set the records to Ready To Post.

Process Logs

Field	Description
Process Log Name	A lookup to the process log details.
Status	The status of the process run. Process runs can have the following statuses: ERROR OK PENDING
Related Record	Lookup to the record that was processed.
Message	Contains detailed information about the record that was processed. This field is not dynamically translated and will always be stored in the language of the user that started the Background Posting Scheduler.
