Sending Mass Email to a Group of Accounts

To send an email message, such as reminder letters or debtor statements, to a group of accounts:

  1. Click the Mass Email tab.
  2. Select a selection definitionClosed Stores predefined source objects/fields and filter conditions for use in the desktop apps and when sending email messages such as remittances and reminder letters to a group of accounts.. This must be one created for this purpose and must reference one of the following master objects: sales invoice, payment media summary or transaction.
  3. Select an email templateClosed A form email that communicates a standard message, such as a reminder letter or remittance. Email templates are a standard Salesforce CRM feature..
  4. If you are sending debtor statements, select the Group by Account checkbox.
  5. Click Send to send the email messages to the selected accounts.
