Displaying Payment Details

When you have located a payment proposalClosed List of the accounts and transactions you are planning to pay or collect subscriptions from, on a specified date, using a specified bank account. on the home or list pages, click the payment number to display the account lines.

In the Payment Criteria section, click the expander icon next to the Settlement Discount or Currency Write-off fields to display any current analysis dimensionsClosed Custom objects that allow you to analyze the activity in your business in additional ways, such as by cost center, project, employee, or any other business entity important to you.. These may be corporate GLAs or local GLAs, depending on the Alternate Account settings.

In the Accounts section, click the drill-down icon on any account line to display the transaction-level detail.

You cannot edit a saved payment proposal. Saved payments have a status of "Selected".

Note:

You can view the cancel payment criteria, including the cancel reason, on a canceled payment by moving your mouse over the information icon on the Payments page. This is useful if you just want to quickly check something like the cancel reason or date. Your System Administrator will need to enable the Enable Hover Details checkbox (from Setup, Customize | User Interface) for this popup information to be displayed.
