Setting up the Asperato Integration

This section contains information related to setting up the Asperato Integration. You must be signed in as an administrator, or equivalent, to complete these setup tasks.

Prerequisites

You must install and configure one of the following versions of the Asperato ONE app in your org:

  • V2.10
  • V2.11
  • V2.14 or later
Notes:
  • V2.13 is not compatible with the Asperato Integration. If you have installed V2.13, you must upgrade to V2.14 or later to use the Asperato Integration.
  • To use the Asperato service for outbound vendor payments in Payments Plus, you must upgrade Asperato ONE to V2.20 or later.

You can download the Asperato ONE app from the Salesforce AppExchange. Contact the Asperato Onboarding team for setup and configuration support.

Warning:
After setting up Asperato ONE, the Asperato Setup tab displays the message "Your configuration is not yet set up" for multi-merchant license users who have installed Asperato V2.11 or earlier.
This is because further configuration for multi-merchant license users is carried out by the Asperato Onboarding team, and is not displayed in the status of the Asperato Setup tab.

Installing and configuring Asperato ONE uses Lightning components, which require My Domain to be set up in your org. For more information, see "My Domain" in the Salesforce Help. See the table below for platform requirements.
