To install the Lockbox application, follow the steps for installing managed packages as described in the " Application Installation Guide"1.

During the procedure you must provide the organization's log-in details. The package itself is not password-protected and so you do not need to provide an additional password after log in.

Once logged in, you are given the opportunity to review the package contents to ensure this is the package you want to install. When you click Install, all the components in the package are installed to the selected organization.

You will receive a confirmation email message on completion. If your request to install the package is unsuccessful, the email message will give you further instructions and an error number. We recommend that you try to install the package again before contacting Customer Support.


You do not need to license this package after installation and deployment.

Uninstalling the package

To uninstall a package, follow the steps described in the "Application Installation Guide".
