Assigning Multiple Milestones to Assignments

PSA enables you to assign multiple milestones to assignments in a project so that you do not have to do this individually.

Note:

While it is possible to associate a milestone with a parent task, we recommend associating milestones with child tasks instead of, or in addition to, the parent task as child tasks reflect actual work done.

1. On the Projects tab, open your project and on the Assignments related list, click Assign Multiple Milestones to Assignments.
2. On the Assign Multiple Milestones to Assignments page, select the assignments and the milestones.
3. Click Save. PSA makes the assignments. PSA ignores already assigned milestones and assignments.
4. Click Done to return to the project.
