Rate cards are suggested bill rates and average cost rates for different services roles within different regions, practices or groups in your organization. These rates are used for information purposes within resource requests.

You can create rate cards by resource role with suggested bill rates and average cost rates. You can then assign a rate card to a region, practice, group or account. Your administrator can also configure PSA to automatically link a rate card to a resource requestClosed A means of asking for resources for a project or an opportunity. in precedence order, when there are multiple matching rate cards.

You can automatically attach rate cards to resource requests. To do this, you must specify a resource role to a matching account, region, practice, or group to which the rate card is to be applied. You can also create global rate cards where a Resource Role is specified, but the RPGClosed Abbreviation of region, practice, group. fields are all blank.
