PS Cloud Core Analytics Permission Sets

The following permission sets are required for PS Cloud Core Analytics users.

Description
Integration User PS Cloud Analytics Integration User Read Access N/A Grants read access to PSA objects, fields, and records.
FDN Core Analytics Enables view access to Foundations companies.
[Optional] Custom permission sets for custom fields. You can create a custom permission set for the Integration User. Specify a name for the custom permission set. We recommend "PS Cloud Analytics Integration User Custom Read Access".

If you want to add custom fields from your data environment to a dataset, you must ensure that the Integration User has read access to these fields by creating and assigning them an appropriate permission set before running the configuration wizard.
You must create a custom permission set for the Integration User to create the Resource Skills dataset. When specifying a name for this custom permission set, we recommend " PS Cloud Analytics Resource Skills Read Access”.

To create the Resource Skills dataset, you must create a read access permission set for the Integration User for the following objects in your PSA data environment:

  • Skill / Certification Rating
  • Contact
[Optional] Services CPQ Analytics Integration User Read Access Enables view access to objects and fields derived from Services CPQ.
Admin User CRM Analytics Platform Admin

 

Administrator access to all Analytics features. You can assign appropriate access to Analytics Features for this user by editing their available permissions under System Permissions.

This is a standard Salesforce permission set that automatically provides access to the Analytics Platform permission set license.
PS Cloud Analytics App Template   Required to run the configuration wizard to create your PS Cloud Analytics app.
PSA - PS Cloud Analytics Setup   Required to create, delete, and PS Cloud Analytics Setup records.
RevMan - PS Cloud Analytics Setup   Required to display the option to add Revenue Management fields to PS Cloud Analytics Setup records.
SCPQ - PS Cloud Analytics Setup   Required to display the Services CPQ field on PS Cloud Analytics Setup records.
View User CRM Analytics Platform User

 

Required to view Tableau CRM apps and dashboards.
