Creating an Invoice

You can create an invoice from the Invoices tab as follows:

  1. Click New.
  2. Select the associated sales order from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Save.

Create an invoice line item as follows:

  1. In the Invoice Line Items related list click New Invoice Line Item.
  2. Select the record type from the radio button list.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select the sales order line item:
    1. From the Sales Order Line Item look up.
    2. From the Item search box.
  5. Click Save.
