Setting up SRP

Installations are carried out by the Certinia Onboarding team. To install the PSA-Accounting Connector package, first make sure that the required packages are installed in your org, then contact your Customer Support representative.

This release of SRP requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:

  • Accounting Summer 2022 or newer
  • PSA Summer 2022 or newer
  • ClickLink Spring 2019 or newer

Migrating from the Accelerate Build Integration

Depending on when you were onboarded to PSA and Accounting, your org might use Foundations messaging and Salesforce flows or Process Builder processes to create Accounting documents and dimensions from PSA records. This is known as the Accelerate Build integration between PSA and Accounting. In this case, you must disable the messages before you perform the post-install steps for SRP. For more information, see Migrating from the Accelerate Build Integration.

Post-Install Steps

If you have permissions to do so, you can follow the steps described in this section to set up and configure SRP.
