SRP Integration Settings Fields

Use the fields in the SRP Integration Settings custom setting to change the behavior of the integration.

Key: * – Mandatory field; E – Only applicable when the integration is running in enhanced modeClosed When SRP runs in enhanced mode, it uses the improved mechanism introduced starting with Spring 2021. This includes better flow execution performance and a modern user experience. This applies when you pass the billing event to Accounting using the Create Sales Invoice or Credit Note Lightning action or using the auto pass functionality. Maximum number of billing event items that a billing event can contain. This limit is applied when releasing a billing event and when creating a sales invoice or sales credit note from the billing event. When this is blank, no limits are applied.

We recommend that you set the value to 1000. This is the limit currently supported by SRP.

BE Validation Limit for BEAR and BEAI E

Maximum number of selected billing events that are validated after clicking the Release or Release and Invoice actions on the Billing Events Awaiting Release page and the Create Sales Invoices and Credit Notes action on the Billing Events Awaiting Invoicing page. If fewer billing events than the specified number are selected and some of them are not eligible for the action, a warning or an error displays. If more billing events are selected, an info message always displays regardless of eligibility.

The default is 200.

This can be a lookup field or a text field. For example, you might want to use Analysis 2 to specify the project linked to an Accounting document line item, instead of using the Project picklist.

The default value is ffpsai__Project__c.

Note:

The specified field must exist on all the following objects:

  • Journal Line Item
  • Payable Credit Note Expense Line Item
  • Payable Invoice Expense Line Item

SRP uses this value when you create the following ClickLink rules:

  • Journal Line Item to PSA Miscellaneous Adjustment
