Monitoring the Progress of a Background Process

After starting a background process, you can monitor its progress by viewing the related logs.

1. Click the Background Processes tab.
2. Select a list view to display background processes matching that list view's criteria. Check the Description and Record Type fields to identify the process you are looking for. The different record types are detailed in the table after these steps.
3. Click the name of the background process that you want to view. If the status of the background process is set to "Error", the process failed. The Logs tab displays summary logs and a list of errors that occurred, if any.

The summary logs for each record type are listed in the table below.
