Run the Backorder Process

You can run the backorder process from the Backorders page. The process checks for available stock that can be allocated to unresolved backorders following a reverse allocation.

The process resolves backorders for sales orders and production orders that have a status of "Backordered".

To run the backorder process:

1. From the Backorders tab, select the backorder from the list.
2. Click Run Backorder Process.
3. Click Run Backorder Process to confirm your selection.
4. Click Return.
