Here is a description of the fields and buttons that appear when you run a Certinia Output Builder report.

| Template | Name of the Template on which the report is based. |
| To | Recipients of the report |

| Subject | Subject line of the email containing the report. |
The area beneath the fields shows a preview of the report.
Buttons
| Button or Link | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves the report in the Output History object. You can view this report from the Output Histories related list of the object on which the report is based. |
| Save and Send | Saves the report in the Output History object and sends it to the recipients shown. You can view this report from the Output Histories related list of the object on which the report is based. |
| View Historical Output | Displays a list of historical versions of the report, which you can view. |
| Change | Allows you to choose an alternative template in the same template class. |
| Edit | Allows you to change the recipients of the report. |
