Clearing the App Log

If there is a problem with an action such as Billing Event Generation, you can delete App Logs where the Origin field contains the value Billing and then re-try the action.

Note:

If you want to keep a record of the logs you must export them before carrying out this task.

To clear the App Log:

  1. Click All Tabs.
  2. Click App Logs.
  3. Delete the entries where the Origin field contains the value Billing.
