You can use Foundations to connect Certinia applications so they can share information. For example, you can configure Human Capital Management (HCM) to publish information to Foundations, which then passes the information to subscribing applications, such as PSA.
You can also use Foundations to connect third-party applications to Certinia applications. For example, you can use a Certinia REST API to send information from a third-party HCM application to Foundations, which then passes information to a subscribing Certinia application.

Foundations also provides the Feature Console, which you can use to enable some PSA features. For more information, see
