If you have administrator privileges you can view and edit the sharing model for object types. From Setup, click Security Controls | Sharing Settings.
If you have the permissions to do so, you can share the following objects using the Share Project page when their sharing model is not already Public Read/Write:
- Assignments
- Billing event items
- Billing events
- Budgets
- Est Vs actuals
- Expense limits
- Expense reports
- Expenses
- Locations
- Methodologies
- Milestones
- Miscellaneous adjustments
- Project phases
- Project tasks
- Resource requests
- Schedules
- Timecards
