Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector Lightning Components
Certinia provides Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector custom Lightning components that you can add to Lightning pages. You can also customize these components. You need permissions to access and use Certinia Lightning components.
- From Setup | Lightning App Builder, select the page you want to add a Lightning component to.
- Click and drag a component on to the relevant part of the Lightning page layout.
- [Optional] Use the options in the component properties to configure the component. See the table below for more information about a component's properties.
- Save your changes and activate the page if required.
- [Optional] Set your changes as the org-wide default and click Close.
