SECTIONSViewing User Management Templates and Personas
You can view details of user management templates and personas and the data they contain from the User Management Templates page. To do this:
- Navigate to the User Management Templates tab. The list of templates is displayed. When the Persona checkbox is selected, this indicates that the persona was created from the Persona Workbench page, rather than the User Management Templates page. Only records with this checkbox selected are displayed when creating a user from the Create User tab.
- To view the template data assigned to a specific template or persona, click
in the template row and click View Template Data. A list of data linked to the template is displayed. - To return to the list of templates and personas, click Close.
