Condition codes enable you to create codes to track the condition of inventory items throughout your acquisition, order fulfillment, inventory management and finance processes. Your administrator can set up condition codes on the Codes tab. Here is a description of the fields on the Condition Codes object.
Key: * – Mandatory field; R – Read-only.

| Condition Code Name | * | Name of the condition code that you can select for an item. |
| Description | Description of the condition code. | |
| Federal Condition Code | R | Combination of the first two characters of the Federal Supply Code and Federal Disposal Code. |
| Federal Supply Code | First position of the Federal Condition Code. | |
| Federal Disposal Code | Second position of the Federal condition code. | |
| ILSMart Code | This field is no longer used. |
